A credit is what you spend to reveal one contact field. An email costs 1 credit, a phone costs 5, and a director or CXO phone costs 7 — the same on every paid plan. You are only charged when we actually find the field; a miss costs nothing, and revealing the same person again is free.

Credits are allocated per monthly plan. Talk to us about your usage pattern if you need a different arrangement — Enterprise plans can be tailored, including custom volumes and rollover.

Yes — you can move up or down as your needs change. Higher plans give you a lower effective cost per credit, so most teams start small and scale once they see their hit rate.
