Success is the share of reveals that returned a verified email or phone. A miss is normal: not every profile exists in any contact database, and a miss never costs a credit.

How it works, and what you can do with a key
Normally you reveal contacts by opening a LinkedIn profile and clicking Show Email in the extension. An API key lets you do the same thing without the browser: from an AI assistant such as Claude Code, Claude Desktop or Cursor, or from your own scripts. It uses the same credits, the same prices and the same cache as the extension.
- Create a key. Give it a name (for example "Claude Code laptop") and click Create key. The key starts with
glz_and is shown only once, so copy it straight away. Keys are included with every paid plan. - Connect your tool. After creating the key you will see ready-made setup snippets. For Claude Code it is one command to run in a terminal. For Claude Desktop and Cursor it is a small config block to paste. Do this once per computer.
- Ask in plain English. In Claude Code or Cursor, say things like "How many GetLeadz credits do I have?", "Show my last 10 reveals", or "Find the work email for https://www.linkedin.com/in/some-profile".
- Reveals are confirmed before they cost anything. The first call is only a price check: it tells you what is already unlocked and what the rest will cost. Credits are spent only when you confirm. Email 1 credit, phone 5, director or CXO phone 7. Nothing is charged when nothing is found.
What a key can and cannot do. It can reveal contacts and read your own balance and history. It cannot buy credits, change your account, create other keys or open the team CRM. Revoke a key here at any time and it stops working on the next request. Treat it like a password: never paste it in chats or commit it to code.
